Terms and Conditions of Use

The terms contained in this section are those that regulate the conditions of use, responsibilities, and limitations, and obligations that any user of this site assumes and by accepting these terms of use agrees to respect.

The acceptance of these terms and the simple fact of using this site confers the status of the user of the page, whether a physical or legal person, and mandatorily implies full acceptance of all terms and conditions of use contained in this legal notice. In no case, HYPNO SEEDS (PROJECT MESMERISE, S.L.) intends to induce anyone to act against the law.

We expressly point out that anyone who buys our seeds is responsible for their future actions. The seeds are for personal use and never to be used by third parties.

The regulations governing the possession and export of marijuana seeds vary from country to country. We strongly recommend, in your own interest, to check the regulations in force in your country and to act accordingly.

The purchase of these products is prohibited from countries where the possession of marijuana seeds is legally prohibited.

However, if anyone makes a purchase from one of those countries, without having previously informed about the local laws in this regard, the company will have no responsibility for any legal problems that may arise, and will not make refunds for materials seized or rejected by customs in the performance of their duty.

Returns and Exchanges

HYPNO SEEDS (PROJECT MESMERISE, S.L.), has a returns management department. You have 7 working days from the receipt of the order to process a possible return of the order. Out of that period, no changes or returns will be accepted.

To manage the return you must send an email to info@hypnoseeds.com including the number of a ticket/invoice for the order. From that email address, we will send you the instructions to process the exchange or return.

Any return must be approved by the department, and only once approved will the return be accepted, refrain from sending any package without the corresponding RMA number.
