How do I get a refund?

We handle cancellations and refunds based on the reason for your request. Here’s how it works:

Can I cancel my order if I changed my mind?

Yes — but a $30 cancellation fee applies if your reason is unrelated to shipping damage or loss.

Before Shipping: You may cancel at any time before your order ships. We’ll refund your payment minus the $30 fee.
After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

What if my order arrives damaged or is lost in transit?

We’ve got you covered:

Damaged Orders: Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage so we can verify the issue. We’ll send a full refund or a free replacement.
Lost Orders: If your package is lost in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost or issue a full refund.

How do I return a damaged item?

If a return is required:

We’ll send you a prepaid return label
The item must be unopened and in its original packaging
Once received and verified, we’ll issue a refund or replacement within 7–10 business days

Are there any items that can’t be refunded?

Yes. The following are non-refundable once shipped:

Items not damaged or defective
Items marked final sale or promotional
Any seeds opened or removed from original packaging

How long does it take to receive a refund or replacement?

Once your return is approved and processed:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
Replacements will be shipped with tracking info provided

Important Legal Notice on Seed Products

All cannabis seeds sold by Hypno Seeds are classified as hemp under the 2018 U.S. Farm Bill and contain less than 0.3% THC by dry weight. Our seeds are sold strictly as souvenirs or for genetic preservation.
Due to the nature of these hemp-based collectible items, we do not accept returns for standard, non-defective products once they are shipped. Germination and cultivation may be illegal in your jurisdiction. The buyer is solely responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws.
